Framework researched by the International Center for Leadership in
Education that focuses on 21st Century learning. Operating in Quadrant
D, students have the ability to think in complex ways and apply their
knowledge and skills in real-life, unpredictable situations. Quadrant D
Leadership is an effective blending of vision and empowerment and
involves an adaptive process by which leaders, staff, and students take
action to improve teaching and learning in their school.
