Long Range Strategic Plan:  2018-2019

LRSP IMPLEMENTATION
At the October Board meeting our Trustees approved the Long Range Strategic Plan implementation framework for the 2018-2019 school year.  The implementation framework defines our district initiatives and areas of focus. Action plans are drafted from these areas of focus.  The following documents and files provide detailed information regarding the strategic planning process for the 2018-2019 school year.

SCHOOL LUNCHEONS
School Luncheon Data Sheets - every week from October 2018 - February 2019, the Board visited a different school site for an update on school initiatives and LRSP goals.  These data sheets were presented to the Board prior to the site visit.

EVERY STUDENT SUCCEEDS ACT (ESSA) REPORT CARDS
As required by the ESSA State Plan, in April 2019, the Office of Public Instruction released accountability reports for our District and each school.  HERE is the link to those reports.

BOARD EDUCATION
Throughout the course the school year, at each regular Board meeting, administration presented a Board education topic that was tied to our Long Range Strategic Plan or a current issue related to other District initiatives.
Board Education Presentations - Topics include: English Learners, Students & Families in transition, Food & Nutrition Services, Grade Level Reading.
